  • Chairman of the board of “MEXICALI TOURISM AND CONVENTION BUREAU” which included San Felipe.

  • Owner and developer of “RESIDENCIAL VILLAS SAN FRANCISCO” in San Felipe, B. Cfa., México.

  • Chairman of the board of “CLUB DEPORTIVO CAMPESTRE DE MEXICALI, A. C.” (The Mexicali Golf & Country Club).

  • Owner and developer of “SAN FELIPE DIAMANTE RESIDENCIAL”, in San Felipe, B. Cfa., México.

 

HISTORY

 

  • 1973- Started investing in San Felipe, B. Cfa., México, buying his first beach front property inside the Bay.

  • 1979- Started construction of a 140-room Hotel, in San Felipe, B. Cfa., México, and the largest built at that time.

  • 1982- HOTEL FIESTA, was inaugurated, by the then President of Mexico, Lic. José López Portillo and eight of his cabinet members, including Lic. Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado, who became President of México that same year.

  • 1992- Built “RESIDENCIAL VILLAS SAN FRANCISCO” a gated community and one of the most exclusive beach front developments in San Felipe with all the services, such as potable water system with domestic water intakes, fire hydrant system, sewerage system, electricity, public lighting, paved streets, sewage treatment plant, telephone lines, security guard house, green area, etc. 100% of the lots have been sold and has construction on 90% of them. This development is an example of what has to be done when you act with responsibility and comply with every thing that was promised to the buyer. New developers and buyers often visit this development to have an idea of how things have to be done and what to demand and expect when buying.

  • 2005- Started construction of a very exclusive and private residential beach front development, “SAN FELIPE DIAMANTE RESIDENCIAL”, in San Felipe, B.Cfa., México, which consists of 132 beach front and ocean view residential lots with all the services, paved streets and underground utilities.

  • 2007- Finished the development and is one of the few that has been authorized by the Mexican Government to transfer title through bank trust or deed, which ever the case. Several deed and bank trusts have already been issued. The development has minor details to be done but they mostly belong to the Second Stage, which will include a Club House with restaurant, bar, snack bar, play room, exercise room, meeting room, two tennis courts, swimming pool, wading pool, etc. This Second Stage will start as soon as 65% of the First Stage is sold
